Installation
Installation and setup of Pokéname
Requirements:
- A Discord server to Pokéname into
- A supported Pokemon bot ( see Supported Bots )
Inviting to server
Pokéname is automatic in its function. All you need to do is invite it to your server and make sure that it has the correct permissions to send the messages in the designated channel, and it will start working out of the box.
Invite Pokéname to your server
Make sure you have the Send Messages
permission enabled for Pokéname in the channel where your Pokemon spawning bot is active and it will automatically start identifying spawned Pokemons without any extra setup whatsoever. Any further settings can be done using the dashboard or the Discord command line interface as mentioned further in this documentation.
Enabling or disabling features
Every settings in Pokéname can be changed using either the dashboard or using the Discord's command line. We will focus more on the command line in this documentation.
To enable or disable a feature, use the following command:
-toggle <feature_code>
Example:
To disable spawns in the server, we use:
-toggle spawns
